Sorry I'm slow with my response sometimes. I've actually been to Quebec twice and never saw a single mosquito...well ok, it was in winter xD Still, the amount of mosquitos here is nothing compared to Lapland, where they literally come in clouds. Going there in July without repellent is a suicide :| Just glad they don't carry diseases here, because I get stung dozens if not hundreds of times a year.

Thanks, awesome bands they are indeed! And luckly for me, it's rather easy to go see them live with all those music festivals in summer and most of the bands coming from Finland.

Exactly, the rest are just villages ;) But looking at the video I could tell straight away it's from Finland even without knowing it's from here. Lakes, forests, cottages and saunas is what it's all about :p I hope you didn't mind the mosquitos too much. I think we had plenty of them last summer.

Glad you got to see something else beside Helsinki...most people only see it, which I think is very different from the rest of the country.
