Good morning Peter and thank you for your interesting message. I am guessing you are still waiting for that elusive thunder storm over there in that other place.
As you can see from my profile my main interest is my garden, not quite an acre but large enough to keep me occupied for most of my spare time.In the summer I usually have a number of different nesting birds but no birds of prey in recent years. I too get the occassional visiting deer as well as my regular nightly badger visitor, who always leave some tidying up for me the next day.
I don't often get the opportunity to dine in local or indeed any restaurants these days, unless on holiday and wouldn't consider visiting a pub unless accompanied so instead I relax at home with a well chosen bottle of wine from the supermarket.
I also like to travel regularly but only to Europe, mostly to Spain in order to top up my suntan and revisit friends and neighbours that I have made over the years.
