I swapped to electronic cigarettes 6 months ago and haven't smoked tobacco since. Now I have given up the e cigarettes too. You should give it a try!

tried giving up smoking for years.... got a book one year ago ... the power of now ...Eckhart Tolle... i suggest you read it and empower yourself, i havent had a smoke or ad drink, as it happens since then.....best of luck...Paddy.

I too wish you good luck on quiting smoking. I had quit by accident I was in Thailand and ran out of Dunhills and smoked a clove cigarette and got so ill i couldn't even see another cigarette for a year then I got divorced and returned from Australia to America and succumbed to the urge to smoke again....I regret it- Good Luck

Just want to wish u good luck with trying to stop smoking... I used to smoke 1 pack each day for 25 years.... I kind of quit in 2009.....that is I only smoke on special occassions... last year I smoked 4 packs for the whole year.... Its not hard to quit...the hard part is to continue to not start again... :-)
