The Brazilian government has invested a lot of money (more than would have been necessary) in the construction and renovation of stadiums, but not investing almost nothing in basic education, health, security, transportation etc.. Brazil wants to be a developed country, but our infrastructure is still too precarious. Politicians are corrupt, they have much money, and the Brazilians or are in misery or pay very high taxes to get nothing in return. So the Brazilians are revolting, and performing various protests across the country!!
